  I would say underground pipe work can be a bit tricky, and you really have to trust your pipe layers. If they don’t build it right and then it gets burried …….things in the future can start to go wrong.
  
  Laying concrete to a perfectly flat level can be really hard too! especially if people tread on it when it is wet!
